Will anyone know why configuring a corporate email fail on office 365? fails on EAS auth; but work with Office 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016. Any input will be very much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Assuming it's a legitimate installation of Office 365 for business, I believe that you get free access to Microsoft Support.

It is a legitimate Office 365 for busines installation and subscription from Microsoft. Mulitple employees purchase Office 365 and when we go to configure their email on it always fails. The only time I have seen it work is when the also have a copy of Office 2013 or 2016 on the machine.I was thinking this must be the cloud and subscription issue but wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas. Thanks
