This may sound a bit complicated at first,
but once you see how it works you'll find it
On the Ribbon, Select the Home Tab
Look carefully at the lower right corner of the Home Tab,
to the right of the word Clipboard, there is a small box with
If you mouse over this box, a popup window showing the Clipboard
Click this small box, and the Clipboard Pane should appear on the left
of your sheet.
Now select your first range of cells and press CTRL-C
the range of cells should appear in the Clipboard Pane.
Next select your second range of cells and press CTRL-C
and your second range should appear below the first set.
Repeat as many time as needed.
Now go to your new spreadsheet,
Select where you want to Paste your First selection
In the Clipboard Pane, if you mouse over your first selection
there will be a drop box on the right side, select the drop box
and select Paste, and your first selection will be pasted to
Now select a new location for you second selection,
