|Thank you Mythik! When I post to forums and other online activities I often write my piece in a comment section, then cut or copy/paste into Word for both word counts and to edit, then cut or copy/paste from Word back to the web page. |
I upgraded from Office Pro 2003 on one machine and Office XP on another to Office Pro 2010 and one of the first frustrations I encountered was that wretched black blob when pasting text into Word. It was doubly frustrating because I was copying MY words from a comment box, not lifting article text. What I found was once I had cut/pasted into Word and got the black blob, I was unable to paste the cut text back where it originally was.
I was just about to reinstall an older version of Word after losing a fairly substantial body of text that I had considerable time researching that way.
I eliminated the 'send to blue tooth' and Word restarted after and it appears all works fine again.
