I have the following datasetup in Excel 2007:A B C D

Product Description Category Price

1 B12 Base 12 1 10

2 B12 Base 12 2 20

3 B12 Base 12 3 30

4 B27 Base 27 1 15

5 B27 Base 27 2 25

6 B27 Base 27 3 35

7 B30 Base 30 1 40

8 B30 Base 30 2 50

9 ....if possilbe the new format should look like this

A B C D E

Product Description (Category) "1" (Categroy) "2" (Catagory) "3"

1 B12 Base 12 10 20 30

2 B27 Base 27 15 25 35

3 B30 Base 30 40 50

3 ....So basically whenever it finds a new Product Code it should create a new row. I hope somebody could help me with this problem.

If you use the pre tags found above the text entry box you can line up your data in columns to make it easier for us to read. That said, take a look at this thread and see if either of the solutions (VBA and formula based) will work for you.
