Hi,

When you are sending a message from Outlook, and you start typing in the 'To:' field, outlook brings up a drop down list (a sort of history, if you will) of previous people you have emailed.

This is the list I need to copy.

I have to do it for 20 employees to make a shared address list - please help.

That is not the Contacts list. That is the Auto-complete/Suggest names... list. You're looking for the nk2 file, which is contained under the user's profile. The path should be C:\Documents and Settings\userid\Application Data\Outlook. If it's not there, then C:\Documents and Settings\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

And, that is not an Address/Distribution List. That's just an email history of the addresses the person has emailed. If you copy that file to other people's Outlook you'll be copying the entire email history. My recommendation is don't do it.
