Column Heading Question Excel 2007

Specs: Windows XP
I somehow changed the column heading from LETTERS to NUMBERS. Now the columns AND rows are numbered. How can I get it back?

I am using a tutorial and now I cannot proceed until I figure this out. PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU!!!

Click Office Button (top left)
Excel Options (at bottom)
Select Formulas on left
Clear R1C1 reference style (in working with formulas)
Click OK
