change all cells with 'GOING' to 'GONE'

Specs: Windows 7
Hi Guys,
Been a while but I have come across an issue that I need some assistance with.
I am sure I have heard or seen something along these lines. I will explain

I need to change a name in an entire workbook, so any cell that has 'Tony Gibb' would change to 'Anthony Gibb'

Any ideas or any macro that may be able to help

Thanks
Tony

Use the Find & Replace button on the Ribbon, far right side.

Find: Tony
Replace: Anthony
Select: Replace All
OK

Just noticed you want the entire Workbook

On the ribbon, far right side click Find & Select
Select Replace
In the Find What box enter: Tony
In the Replace With box enter: Anthony

Click on the Options button, lower right corner
In the drop down box labeled: Within
Change it to: Workbook
Click on Replace All
