Can't find 'HTML format' in Paste special in Word 2007

April 5, 2012 at 12:59:41
Specs: Windows XP
I'm still trying every which way to copy/paste from the web into Word 2007 (Windows XP) something I've always done successfully until 5 days ago - a question I posed yesterday to the community.

Someone has suggested to highlight from web,'Ctrl-c' then open up Paste special in Word doc and select 'HTML format' (to insert contents of clipboard as HTML format). BUT I don't have this option......I only have Unformatted Text & Unformatted Unicode Text.

How do I bring up this option to check if this will indeed be the answer to my original dilemma.
Any help gratefully received

Googling is quicker than waiting for an answer....

Here is what i did to solve the problem.
1. Office Button => Word Options
2. Advance => Cut, copy, and paste
3. Pasting from other programs: *change it to anything other than Keep Source Formatting (Default).
4. Ok and exit out.
Repeat 1 to 3, but this time pick Keep Source Formatting (Default).

This solve the problem for me, but i can't figure out what caused it.
