can't find files saved in Excel 2007

Specs: Windows 7
files seem to be saving under the user setting; Office 2007 doesn't list any of its applications under it. The files were all there yesterday until I saved a document in the 97-2003 version.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by your first sentence. Are you referring to the user's documents folder in his/her profile?

Did you run a search for the xls file?

If you always meet these questions, i think you need a document management software.
