Cannot send Email

Specs: Windows 7
I have two user accounts on my computer, one for personal and one for work. In my work user account, I can receive emails but not send. Says I cannot connect to my smtp email server. I have connected to this server for years and can even connect on someone else's computer. Any ideas?

Only thing I can think of is that the settings for your outging (SMTP) server may be incorrect so I should check all the user-input information for that account.

Outgoing mail on some accounts requires authentication so if that applies to your email service make sure that My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication is ticked, then click 'OK'.
