have vista on my machine but was able to download my purchased copy of office 2003. Had a computer crash and now I cannot reload Office 2003, tells me it canno find 3561403.CAB
Try doing a complete Uninstall first.
With a crash you probably have some flotsam and jetsam from the previous Office install floating around.See here:
