Backup Microsoft Outlook profile

Specs: Windows 2008 Server , Any
Hi
Normally when I backup a Microsoft outlook 2007 I back up the whole profile that is located
under the user profile in my case windows 7 64 bit the profile is :

C:\Users\johnson\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

The procedure above will backup emails only How can I backup calendar events and address book ?

If you backup the .pst file this will include your calendar, contacts and tasks as well as your emails. You can also create a backup of it using the 'import and export' option under the file menu - select .pst as the save option and select your personal folder, ticking the box to 'include subfolders', as the source.

You could also download pfbackup from Microsoft. You can then configure it to backup any/all of your pst files to a specified location.
