Specs: Windows 7
I am making a database. In which I am feeding data in one master sheet as continuous basis. This data contains choosing option in first cell and feeding some relating data in following row cells. So I am looking for whatever option I will choose in drop down list and data feed relating to that option, that data should automatically copied to a separate backup sheets of that individual options so that I can go to that sheets and can see information about individual options separately. This will also save my time to enter data manually

Thanks for your information, I have gone through it but it works on same sheet. Now I am giving an example what I will going to actually use:
Sheet 1 (Master Sheet) : B1 has drop down list options a, b & c;
C1 has values relating selected option in B1;
so if I selecting option "a" in B1 and put value say 12 in C1

Sheet 2 (For option a) : In this sheet made for backup data relating to a.
As soon as option a selected in sheet 1 it will copy all related data put in row cells i.e. C1 will be copied to A1 in sheet 2, which as follows:

formula in A1 =IF(Sheet1!B1="a",(IF(Sheet1!C1="","",Sheet1!C1)),"")

Now I got the solution but my problem is that if I select option b or c in next time in following cells say B2 in sheet 1, it copies data to third or fourth sheet of backup for "b" or "c" and shows a null value gap of cell, which i dont want. Data for "a" or "b" or "c" in there backup sheets should be incremental cell basis.
Now I hope you may understood my problem.

The purpose you are trying to achieve is to creat a Macro . Each time you want to update another sheet with relevance to data in some other sheet, you will have to run that Macro Script. I am sorry I am not expert in Macros.
