While waiting for "alwayswillingto learn" take the time to edit your post and remive you email address.

Never... post an email address or other personal contact details, or login/password details in any open forum

if you do post such information you will be spammed, and also quite possibly others will use your details for other illegal activities...

So remove your email adress...

Tomal,

How is your worksheet laid out?

Use the PRE tags to show us where how the data appears in your worksheet otherwise I will not be able to reference the correct cells in my code...

Read this thread to understand how to use the pre tags. Please ensure you include columns letters and row numbers.

if you can show us the data we can help with the code....
