Any definitive solution so far?

Specs: Windows 7
October 16, 2017.
Five yerars have passed.
From Excel 2007 we're now in Excel 2016:

The same problem is still there.

Click on one cell and it selects all the cells underneath, all the way down to the bottom of the page (in page view mode).


With a difference! That the problem remains even if you change page zoom (after a few minutes it's back).

Oh gosh! Sorry, I was confused. I wrote in the box below another thread, sure to add a comment, but it made a new thread. Now I noticed there was a little statement saying it was closed and blocked, and that I could create a new thread, that's why.
