Adding rows to spreadsheet automatically

Specs: Windows XP
Is there a way to add rows to a spreadsheet automatically? For example, if I have a spreadsheet that totals 3 rows and as I fill the three rows it will insert another row and so on as I continue to fill in data. I hope that makes sense and you can help!!!

You'll need to explain your requirements in a little more detail.

Excel 2003 gives you over 64,000 rows to work with and 2010 gives you more than a million.

There must be something that you aren't telling us if you have to add rows after filling in only 3.
