Try this:

           A B
1) Old Price New Price
2) $10.00 $10.70
3) $200.00 $214.00
4) $3,000.00 $3,210.00

In cell B2 enter the formula: =(A2*0.07)+A2
Drag down as many cells as needed.

Now select your New Price cells and do a Copy
Now select your Old Price cells and do a Paste / Special / Values

Delete column B and your done.

There are (at least) 2 methods:

Option 1 -

1 - Enter 1.07 in an empty cell
2 - Select the cell and do a Ctrl-c to copy it.
3 - Select your list of 300 prices
4 - Right-click the selectted prices and choose Paste Special
5 - Click Multiply in the Operation section of the dialog box
6 - Click OK

Option 2:

1 - Put this formula in a cell next to your first price (e.g. with a price in A1, put this in B1) and drag it down.

=A1*(1+.07)

2 - Select the new values.
3 - Copy...Paste Special...Values to remove the formulas.

If you don't want fractional cents please use a rounding function.
