Times are stored as numbers within Excel. The standard percent related formulas should work just fine.

For A2:C2:

Percent change formula:

=(A2-B2)/B2 formatted as a percentage.

For D2:F2:

Don't we need a cell for the 3rd value - the time it took the employee to complete the course?

For G2:J2

Percent of formula:

=(Partial/Whole)*100 formatted as a percentage

=(H2/G2)*100

=(H2/8)*100
