Specs: Windows NT
Recently, I found that most of my windows XP
Pro couldn't logon to my Windows NT PDC. But
others workstation such as Windows 2000 and
win98 haven't any problem. I have upgraded part
of those XP to service pack 3 but the problem still
here. Anyone can help? THanks.

have you joined them to a workgroup and then back to the domain?

what error message do you get when you try to connect to the domain?

They joined the domain for a long time ago. There are two
message boxes displayed as following:

"Your roaming profile can't be used......"
"Windows can't find a local profile......"

As they are originally in Chinese therefore the wording may
different with in English one. After those message displayed,
it will return to the login screen again. Both XPs can connect
to the network and they also can browse the Profile in the
PDC. I'm wondering is it related to the latest update of XP
which result in such a problem.

Are you using Roaming Profiles? If you can login locally, change the user's profiles to Local, then they should be able to login to the Domain as usual.
