Workaround Downloading files larger than 1GB

Specs: Windows7, 1GB
I'm using 4GB limited Mobile Broadband connection for my Desktop PC. After consume 4GB my connection speed reduce 56Kbps, it normal speed is 3Mbps. I want to know What's the Effective and faster way, that Download more than 1GB capasity Files, like "Movies". I mean Download accelerator or Torrent or other way good for me?

I very much doubt that there is a workaround. I think your only options are

1. Limit downloads to what your internet service permits.
2. Upgrade your service to meet your needs.

Yeah, there really isn't a workaround for this. Bits downloaded are bits downloaded, regardless of where they were downloaded from.

One possible workaround (not likely to apply in your case, but oh well) is to use FXP to transfer the files directly from one server to another, bypassing your internet connection entirely. Of course you'd then have to retrieve the files from the second server.

There is no way to do what you're asking.

FXP might work, but it's probably not appropriate for your situation.
