won't accept my password, tried resetting, page has problem

Specs: Windows 7
My email account was hacked. I could login so changed my password. I was able to login with the new password but after a couple of days when I tried to login it wouldn't accept it. I tried to reset the password but when I clicked on the email link the page it took me to had a 'temporary' problem. This happens everytime I try to reset my password and the problem is still there.

I set up a new hotmail account with different login details and was able to sign in on for 2 days. I entered my contact emails but Hitmail then blocked it for unusual activity (it was a new account!). I was able to unblock the new email account but when I tried to log in today it won't accept my login details. I treid to resit my password but the page still has a problem. Now I have 2 hotmail accounts and can't access either of them!

maybe you should download and run malwarebytes....maybe your system has a problem/virus and it is tripping up the email "unusual activity".

Hi...many thanks for replying. The problem seems to be with Hotmail who keep blocking my accounts, I'd be able to reset my password if their link page didn't have a long term 'temporary' problem. I'm trying to find a way of contacting Hotmail (not through their FAQs, as this doesn't help) but to no avail.
