wireless router scan/reset , virus ,have a networi get bugs

Specs: Windows 7
possible router virus ,infected whole network at once , was ,how do i restart the net work ,tried pokinthe hole to re set but rotor will no rest ,ran combofix thru PC cleaned every thin out of it beside the place were the bug went witch i went in my anti-virus AVRIA,,, the big is stuck i used Revo installer , ,,Hyjack this ,and still can get ist out but


MY MAIN ? IS ,DO NI NEED A NEW ROUTER ,OR CA N FACTORY IT WITH APROGRAMPLUG EATERNET INT IT TO STAITAN IT OUT........

Router infections are rare but it does happen, especially if the user doesn't change the default name/password & uses no encryption, or uses WEP encryption instead of WPA/WPA2. Please post the make/model of the wireless router. Have you ever upgraded the firmware? Did you disconnect from the network when you ran your scans? Did you run the scans from safe mode? If the infections are stubborn, try a bootable rescue CD.
