Solved Windows couldn't connect to the SENS service.

Specs: Windows 10
Windows 10. Error message comes up "Windows couldn't connect to the SENS service. Please consult your system administrator." As a result, cannot even get to the "start" key for windows, so cannot try any of the suggestions offered above. Please help. Thank you for your assistance.

We cannot see any suggestions 'above' so if it was from another post you can copy/paste the link here in a reply so we can see that as well.

Then please explain better what happened and anything that came before (especially if the link is of another person's post and not yours).

You can try a simple thing: If the machine is not doing an update currently, press and hold the power button until it shuts off completely (about 6 seconds or so). Wait at least a half minute and press it briefly again to start the machine. When it boots up, see if the problem returns or if all is well again.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
