Specs: Windows 2003 Server, quad core
Hello, I have several web hosting servers for more than 1 year and that worked fine until a few days ago. Two of them, suddenly began to lose their internet connectivity at random, and we need to restart the server. We have clamwin as antivirus and spybot. On the server we have 2 network cards: WAN and LAN onboard (internal network between the servers) and both stop working when this happens. This can happen in the morning or in the middle of the night (not a traffic problem.)

Thank you very much for your help

When the disconnect happens, does the server itself still have connectivity?

Do you have more than two web servers you're hosting? If yes, is this problem only affecting two of them or all of them?

If you have more than two and the issue is only affecting two, then it seems most likely the problem is with the two and that's where I'd start troubleshooting myself.

Not knowing anything at all about your setup, it's practically impossible for me to troubleshoot this issue remotely like this.

About all I can tell you is this suggests the problem is with the computers, not the network. So start buy comparing their TCP/IP settings with those of computers that aren't having any problems.
