Will it lengthen signal to chain two routers

Specs: Windows XP
My router is strong enought o go to upstairs and across the street, by my room has cement walls and I can't get the internet.

Not sure what you mean by chain. If you are talking about hooking another Wireless Access Point (WAP) into your existing router then yes. You can setup a WAP to be a Wireless Bridge which takes signal in and spits it back out there by extending the distance from where it is located in the house. You place the WAP half way between where you want the signal to get to and the source.

This still may not help your problem because of the Cement. If you can get a WAP that has external antennas then you may be able to run the antenna outside of your room and connect it to the WAP inside your room.
