The wifi nic card does not connect before authentication.

That's normal. What is the point of authentication if the connection is made before authentication.

I would like to have the wifi driver load befor i clik ok to authenticat.

It does. The wi-fi driver loads with the operating system. By the time you get to the position of being able to do anything, all the drivers are loaded and ready to go. Once the operating system is up and running the only way to load a new driver is to re-boot.

Perhaps if you explain exactly what your problem is and there may be a solution.

I agree, more info is need to clarify your goal.

If you are trying to use this in a domain and users can't long on because it can't reach the domain controller you still might have an option.

Depending on the wireless chipset the manufacturer may have a utility for this. The Intel wireless proset software can be set to establish wireless connection to a profile when a username and password is entered. It can then contact the domain controller.

We use this on 30 tablet PC and it works well.

I believe there is a client like this for Atheros based sets but you will have to dig around.
