Wifi AP to Patch Panel to Switch?

Specs: Windows Vista
I am looking for help on ethernet wiring. I have a Cat 6 cable with RJ45 terminated that goes into a surface mounted Wireless AP (no room for wall jack) from here it goes to a Patch Panel and then via an ethernet patch cord it goes to a switch. Can anyone tell me what the pin order should be on the RJ45 that is attached to the AP and what is should be on the panel? Does this have to be a straight thru cable from RJ45 to Patch panel? or CrossOver? Or other?

Thanks

Luis

If there is no mix of T568A and T568B, and the AP supports Auto-MDI(X) there should be no problem.
