I unplug router and modem and restarted but still does not work
We need a little more info to help you. Is this a wireless LAN that's dropping, or is it a wired connection plugged into a LAN port on the router? Or, is it both?
One thing you can try right now is upgrade the firmware on router if newer firmware is available.
