Why do clients gets thrown off the Trapeze network?

Specs: Windows 7
Whenever new clients logs on to the network, the network tends to kick out users already logged on to the network.

Not familiar with the protocols in place in this type of commercial network.
Would presume there may be some kind of licensing limitation or perhaps a hardware or software limitation to the number of simultaneous connections. consult your service provider or vendor.

I don't think there's a licensing limitation, as the troubled network is part of a much larger network and obvious is scaled to meet the demand of rescaling the numbers of clients logged on to the network.
