Specs: Windows 10
I am trying to fine the IP address of my network , the only number found is under the bottom of my router with 12 mixed letters and numbers. I do not know whether I can use that number to connect my USB files to restore to my new Amazon Fire stick. Please let me know.

Presuming you can boot up your computer ok, and it accesses the network ok... If the files you refer to are on a uab flash drive/ memory stick, then you plug that into your computer's usb port and thus access the files that way.

What you found on the base of the router is its SSID - the name t broadcasts when on wifi; and there will also be its access key/pass code (often miscalled its password) which you need to logon to the wifi service when the router is configured for wifi.

The IP address can be the factory default (gateway) IP address of the router. If you haven't changed that address then it should be the current IP address. Usually 192.168.xxx.yyy.
