What backup strategy is better?

Good day!
I've asked this elsewhere, but I hope I'll find help here too. I don't know how to backup my computers(37) and shared storage (30TB for now) and how to optimise data communication between them.
Will be thankful for any answer.

First, may I suggest that you use a subject that is relevant to the question in your post. You might get more/better responses. Many people ignore posts if the subject line isn't specific to the problem.

Second, this forum is for Office related applications such as Excel and Outlook. Prehaps you should post your question in the General Hardware forum or a forum specific to your OS.

Using Rsync would be the lowest data over network I'd think.

The easy way is to use ntbackup.

Strategy would depend on your configuration.
You mention computers but no servers.
You mention 30 TB of storage, which is a tall order for backup, but you don't mention how much is used or your growth expectations.
You don't mention the level of criticality of your data.
You don't mention your network bandwidth
These and a few other considerations are what decide your backup strategy.
