Are you being logged off of Windows or just off the web page? If you're being logged off of Windows go into Control Panel, Power options and change the time out to something longer. If it's happening on the web page, then there is nothing you can do, that is set by the person who created the website.

There is nothing you can do about that, it is up to the web page designer and is for security reasons and probably server traffic issues. Banks typically have very short log out times and social media sites typically have very long log out times.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Check to make sure that you have cookies allowed. Check all other browser settings to see if there is something that may be different from what you had before.
Try a different browser IE, firefox, Chrome, to see if it makes any difference.
