Virginmedia e-mail privacy question?

Specs: Windows7 Professional, Intel Core-4GB
Seems Virginmedia.com does not have an Alias option? Therefore in selected local newspaper forums I would like give readers my e-mail address, without my full name appearing in front of the address. As it does in this example. -
'My full name' xxxx@xxxxxxxxx xxx
Any help appreciated.

Perhaps create and use an account on outlook.com (formerly hotmail.com)?

Many people create Google (Gmail) email addresses (free) and use them when they do not want to give out their primary email address. Google will let you create nearly any email address xxxxxxx@gmail.com as long as it is not already taken. It is accessed through your browser and if it starts getting too much junk mail, you dump it and create a new one. You may still need to supply a primary email address to Google but it will not be visible to anyone else (except maybe a court order or possibly some fed agencies so no illegal activity).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

You should be able to create another email account. Maybe this will be helpful: https://help.virginmedia.com/system...
