|If you are on Wifi then try plugging into the router with a Cat5 cable and see what you get. If you don't get full speed then, contact Verizon and have them send a tech out to find out what the problem is. If the problem is with the Wifi only then you can get a new NIC card for a desktop or a USB NIC stick for a laptop to see full speed that way (I assume that you are using Verizon's router), neither is very expensive. They should deliver what you are paying for so if the issue is with their hardware, let them fix it.|
