Learn how to read the headers. I always delete forwards. I never open them.

No Reading Headers Is something i think i know

My question is simple
:::

Suppose A sends gmail to B

And then B clicks the forward button in gmail , and writes something in the mail and forwards it to C

ME AS C->How would i know that the mail i have got i really from email id ->A only

Given When I mail To A the mail gets delivered and but he(A) does not reply

::::::::::::::
Is it true that Some X Composes a mail , makes it looks like a forwarded mail from from some person Y ::(with rich text formatting, adds a email field) and sends to Z

Please understand the gravity of this explanation
A lot of lesser educated people and students can be fulled like this method only

Like A School who conducts job tests and charges money for the tests, and then makes such a mail(claiming to have received from some big company like Microsoft ) and sends to students and hence deludes them
