USER NAME from computer name in a domain

Specs: Windows 7, i3/2GB
Hi buddy, I have tried the nbtstat -a "XXX" on windows 7. Its showing as below:
Local Area Connection:
Node IpAddress: [XX.XXX.XXX.XX] Scope Id: []

NetBIOS Remote Machine Name Table

Name Type Status
---------------------------------------------
COMPUTERNAME <00> UNIQUE Registered
DOMAIN <00> GROUP Registered
COMPUTERNAME <20> UNIQUE Registered
DOMAIN <1E> GROUP Registered

MAC Address = XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX

User Name is not displaying here

I believe the difference is if you have a wins server or not. In your case not.
