Is it listed in add & remove programs if the show update box is checked?

Were you logged in as administrator? If worse comes to worst, delete it from the registry.

I have tried deleting it from add/remove programs and there is an error message that comes up saying "Can Not Delete". I am logged in as administrator. How do I delete it from the registry? Can I call you so that maybe you can walk me through the prompts?

Click start, run, type regedit & press enter.
Click edit, find, type the name of the program as it is seen in add & remove programs & press enter. Highlight & delete whatever it finds in the right window. Then press F3. Delete the next entry that it finds. Continue to press F3 & delete all the entries that it finds until it says finished. Then go back to add/remove & try to uninstall it again.
