Uninstall and repair virgin moble mc760 usb device

I RECENTLY INSTALLED MY VIRGIN MOBLE MC760 USB BROADBAND 2 GO ADAPTER AND RECEIVED A ERROR MESSAGE THAT FILES WERE NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED DURING INSTALLATION AND I WAS INSTRUCTED TO UNINSTALL AND THEN REINSTALL THE DEVICE,,,HOW EVER WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO DO SO I RECEIVED ADDITIONAL ERROR REPORT STATING THAT INSTALLATION FLIES WERE NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED ...SO HERE I SIT.......

Firstly, take off the CAPSLOCK.
Typing in all capitals is considered as shouting and rude.
Secondly, since the device is branded to a particular ISP/carrier your first port of call should be their tech support.
My next recommendation would be to try CCLEANER slim. It may allow you to isolate and remove the orphan files that are preventing successful install/uninstall.
