Unable to see wireless router

Dlink / Dir 655

Specs: Windows XP
Hello All,

I have an XP SP2 machine connected to a DLINK DIR-655 Wireless router.

IF the PC is hard wired to the router, it works fine, I can not see the wireless router when viewing wireless netwokrs. I can see and connect to other wireless routers, so this problem only occurs when trying to find/see the DIR655 Wireless router.

Any ideas?

Your question isn't really clear. When you say "can't see the wireless router" do you mean, you can't connect to the router once you've connected to the wireless network?

Or, do you mean you can't see the wireless network?

If the latter, can you still connect to the wireless network even though you can't see the SSID?
