Open a command prompt window (ie: Start >> Run >> type cmd and hit Enter) and run the following command:

ipconfig /all

Post the output back in here in a repsonse (ie: click on my name above and read my "how-to" titled: "Post the output of ipconfig (version 2)" for detailed instructions on how to copy/paste the output.

Also, a little more detail would be helpful. What type of internet connection do you have (ie: dialup, highspeed cable/ADSL) and if you are, or aren't using a SOHO Router. If you are, include the make/model of the router.

It matters not how straight the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.
