You have not provided enough information for anyone to help you. If you cannot connect to the ip address you have given then it is probably not the one that you need or have.

What exactly are your trying to do?

What make/model of router do you have?

If is the LAN address of your router and you can connect to the Internet then obviously, by definition, you can connect to So either:

1. That is not the LAN address of your router, or

2. You can connect to that address.

Of course, it very much depends upon what you mean by "connect".
