Unable to Connect Kindle 3 to WRT160N, help?

Specs: Kindle 3
Just got a brand new Kindle 3 (with Wi-Fi only) and it seems that it just does not want to connect to my home wireless network. The Kindle recognized the network, and I've put in the password, but it just won't connect. I've tried setting a static IP address on the Kindle using the following settings, but it still won't connect:

IP Address: 192.168.0.53 (unused)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Router: 192.168.0.1 (default gateway)
DNS: 192.168.1.254

I have a Cisco Linksys WRT160N V3 router with Linksys Easylink Advisor software installed on the main computer. The device is a Kindle 3.

All help is appreciated.

DNS is wrong. Should be the same as the gateway.
