Solved Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X for load balancing

Specs: Windows 10
Ubiquiti customer service is horrible on this product. I must have tried all of their channels to get correct answers but failed so far. Therefor seeking help from others who have used this product and have good knowledge.

Does anyone know how to configure Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X for load balancing between two ISPs(WANs)? First is cable ISP with static IP and another is DSL ISP (pppoe) also with static IP.

I have used it's built-in load balancing wizard. However, I end-up with following issues.
-There is no space to add static IP for pppoe.
-There is no space to add subnet mask, dns servers addresses for second WAN or pppoe.
- Firewall rules are applicable for both WANs but it allows on WAN interface to select and there is pppoe interface listed on WAN interfaces.

Sorry, I use Ubiquiti wireless AP's and a pair of their point-to-point antenna's but never touched their other equipment. We already have all the switches and routers and firewalls we need at work.

I should add, I'm not a huge fan of their support system.

I had a quick look and found the following page...which I'm betting you already found yourself:

https://help.ubnt.com/hc/en-us/cate...

Which lead me to their "help" forum:

https://community.ubnt.com/t5/EdgeM...

If you haven't yet, create an account on their forum and enter your question/issue here. With luck, you'll get some help that is useful. I did on two different occasions.......one regarding the AP's we use and one regarding the AirFiber 5 p-t-p antenna's.
