Two internet Routers One network Printer

Specs: Windows XP, Intel 2G
how can i achieve, i have two wireless internet connection router and a network printer connected to 1 router. user have access to both router for printing they have to shift there connection to the router connected with printer. DHCP of both router are active

i want to connect printer to both router that user on any router can give print

Buy another wireless printer for the other router.

Or just have one router for everything instead of having two routers.

configure the 2nd router as a access point by not letting it do dhcp and using a lan port to connect to the main router. This way everyone is on the same lan and can print.
