Specs: Windows Vista sp2, 1.5g
Why can't I see my truemobile 4350 network access point? I have two cards on my laptop one works fine with one (netgear) access point. The other worked until I re-booted my system, now both cards connect to one access point and I can not even see the second access point. Can anyone help me?

Do the accesspoint appear in the available wireless network list?

Is the wireless part of the accesspoint switched to on?

Yes to your queston, however, here is where I stand: The access point kept resetting itself (indicated by the power light going off and on). As a last resort I moved the sccess point and mounted it on a wall. To my surprise, as of right now, it is working just fine. I can not explain this. The security is the same (WPA- TKIP), default address is the same (192.168.2.X), every thing esle on my network is 192.168.1.X. The access point is, maybe, 2- 2 1/2 feet from where I have had it before and it was not working. Overall the only change is 2 1/2 feet and mounted on the wall. If this makes sense to anybody, I would like to know that. Thank you for the reply and if it stops working, I will be back.

Accesspoints sometimes gets very hot.
So if it was placed ontop of another device, which also gets warm, the accesspoint may get overheated and will start to reboot or in worst case, it dies.
