Trouble with accessing works intranet from home.

Specs: Windows 7
I was able to access my works intranet from home until about 10 days ago when suddenly, I couldn't. I have not changed anything on my laptop. I have followed IT advice to clear cookies etc. I have tried turning off my firewall. I have tried using another laptop, an Ipad and my mobile phone to access the intranet, but I have the same issue with all devices! My colleague has managed to access the intranet from her home and my employer said the problem lies with my end. I have even contacted my network provider, who report no faults. When I got my system to diagnose the fault, it said the host server was not responding. Im confused!

Any ideas why this has happened and how I can resovle it?

First of all the main question is, how are you connecting to the companies server?
Is it a web server, vpn server, mail server or ftp server?

What error message did you get?
Best is, you post the exact error message here, except the public ip address of the server you're trying to connect to.

Message I get from Windows Diagnostics is:

your computer appears to be configured correcty, but the device or resource ***********.com is not responding.

I have to access my companies intranet via the web page. I get no error message from the companies intranet, only from Windows Diagnostic.

What did you get, when you try to ping the companies server at the command prompt?
