Solved This site can't be reached

Specs: Windows 7
"This site can’t be reached

goodreads.com refused to connect.
Go to http://goodreads.co/
Search Google for goodreads

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

That was the error says, can't access some of the sites, for example goodreads(community for book readers), amazon, audible, abebooks, and even hostinger

this is super weird, some of the other book sites are inaccessible, i tried the cmd ipconfig /flushdns thing, it didn't work, and dns setup on the local are network properties option on the tcp/ipv4, it didn't work either.

some site's are not accessible on my mobile too, and my mom's laptop. it's so weird

is it on my ISP? Thanks, btw i'm new here. can't access tomshardware either (in the register/login) so post my problem here xD

Did you power off the router and power it on again as suggested? Leave it off for at least half a minute. It will take a minute or two to work again afterwards.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

https://www.goodreads.com/

Are you sure you have the right URL??

Restart (power cycle) of your router could help too

"it says "it's just you""

That means that the problem is either with a setting on your device, or a setting in your wifi/router

No dns lookup problem. I assume your gateway is 192.168.22.1
Both ip address and name resolved correctly

Do via a command prompt
tracert goodreads.com

and post the results for review
