Ordinal 493 is likely to exist in many different DLL files. It just means the four hundredth and ninety third item in a list of items.

It seems you have a DLL conflict. Possible this application is trying to overwrite and system DLL with one of its own and Windows wont let it.

If reinstalling the application doesn't solve the problem I would start looking for another video converter. What is this conversion tool?
