I know with some routers and hardware you need to get specific when it comes to what kind of connection types your using (WPA, WPA2, WEP, etc). While trying to get onto the network, try using different security types and putting in the password to the network.

Does the Verizon device have a limit to the number of supported client devices. I believe some of those ISP supplied devices have a cut-down router function that limits clients to 5 simultaneous connections. ( common in wifi phones)

Your problem will be either a limitation in the router or a security encryption issue.
The forum seems to be loaded with problems at the moment where people cannot get their Christmas netbooks to connect to their Wireless networks. ( I have an unresolved issue with a Kobo reader and WEP encryption but that's another story)

Thanks - yes it does; the limit is 5 but we only had 3 computers in the home - and actually started with the Netbook as the 1st computer...
