subnet ID

Specs: Windows XP
I have a question and I need your help about subnetting on one of my assignment.
Your Co. network currently consists of workstations, switches and a router. There are 4 departments: sales, Marketing, finance, and accounting. Each department requires that they be on a separate subnet. So you know you will need 4 subnets. The Co. wants to conserve as many subnets as possible. Finance and accounting are working on a project and need their subnets to communicate while the project is active. The company uses the 193.168.100.0/24 network.
1.What subnet mask should be used for the network (not the default for the class).
2.Subnet 0 which is sales dpt., Subnet ID, Host IP Range, Broadcast Address
3.Subnet 1 which is finance dpt., Subnet ID, Host IP Range, Broadcast Address
4.Subnet 2 which is marketing dpt., Subnet ID, Host IP Range, Broadcast Address
5.Subnet 3 which is accounting dpt., Subnet ID, Host IP Range, Broadcast Address
Thanks,
Bob
